Michael and Aly came across our team a few months ago after seeing another family’s story on social media. Shortly after our first conversation, Michael and Aly came out to one of our Home Buyer Parties to get the educated they needed to start their home search.

A few days after our Home Buyer Party, they met with Eduardo Tarin to help secure their financing and get a sense of their purchasing power. However, before buying their home, Michael and Aly needed help sell another home first. 🏠

Once we were able to secure a buyer for their family’s home, Michael and Aly were off to the races with our Rockstar Buyer’s agent, Francisco Arroyo. Fast forward a couple weeks, Michael and Aly found a Move-In ready home that met all their needs and Francisco was able to get their offer accepted. 30 days later, we are here in front of their new home. 🏡 ✨

Congrats to Ron and Julie Garcia for becoming Whittier's newest homeowners!!

Ron and Julie met us a few months ago at two separate open houses and completely hit it off with our awesome buyer's agent, Mary Sandoval. Fast forward a couple weeks, they attended one of our Home Buyers Workshop and we're off to the races.

Shortly after the workshop, they had viewed a handful of homes before they found "The One". On top of the house being a perfect fit, it was also decorated with a beach theme just like their daughter, Natalie loves. Mary knew she had her work cut out for her since their were 6 other offers in the home. So Mary used all her charm, skills, and tenacity to get the agent's attention. Couple that with Ron and Julie's killer letter, the sellers and their agent knew we would be the perfect fit.

Cindy reached out to us a few months ago after following us on Social Media for a few years…Or in her words, a little stalking. ;)

After a brief text message conversation, we met Cindy at her home to go through her options. Shortly into our presentation, we had formalized our relationship [Sign a contract ;)] and went to work. Fast forward a week or two, Cindy had made all the small recommendations we gave her and we had our professional photographer at her home to take some killer pictures.

Shortly after we hit the market, Cindy had an offer accepted at the original list price. Fast forward 38 days later, we are outside of the home she just sold taking this picture. Thank you Cindy for being a Fan for the last few years, and allowing us to help you sell your first home. Next step, Upgrade in 2017!

Jaime and Jessica came across one of our social media pages a few months ago, after seeing another one of our lovely families become homeowners.

Jessica reached out to us and shortly after a quick conversation, they met with Eduardo, from South Pacific Financial to see what their purchasing power was. Once approved for their loan, Jaime and Jessica were out that same weekend viewing homes with… the man, the myth, the Buyer’s Agent legend… Francisco.

The search started in Bellflower looking at “Fixers”, but after a fixer or two, they realized that they would like something a little more move-in ready than a fixer. Fast forward a few weeks of looking at about 20+ homes, Jaime and Jessica’s 3rd offer was accepted on their top choice with a killer large entertainers’ yard! Their Move-In ready house will be getting a “slight” make-over and will soon turn into their home.

Vanessa came across one of our social media pages months ago, but was working with another Realtor. We let her know that if anything changes, to give us a call and we left it at that. Fast forward a few months, Vanessa gives us a call and asked if we were able to help them.

When Vanessa reached out to us, she already had a home in mind, and it happened to be listed by agents that we had a good working relationship with. Mary, our rock star Buyer’s Agent hopped right on it, and Vanessa’s number one choice, was our main target. The home had multiple offers, but with a few good conversations and leveraging our good relationship, Vanessa’s offer was accepted!!

Our next milestone was our home inspections and appraisal, and after the inspector called out some peeling paint, Mary rolled up her sleeves a few times, and even cut her vacation short so she can make it back to help paint the damaged areas so Vanessa and Derrick can close on time. Mary, awesome job and way to go above and beyond to make it happen.

Doug and Karry came across one of our social media pages a few months ago, after seeing another one of our lovely families become homeowners.

Doug reached out to us and shortly after, attended one of our first time home buyer parties. Fast forward a week, and they had already met with Eduardo, from South Pacific Financial to see what their purchasing power was and to get pre-approved.

Once approved, they were off to the races with our buyer's specialist, Francisco. After a couple of weekends of viewing around 15 homes, Doug and Karry placed their first offer on a home that had a very similar floor plan to Doug’s parents’. After a well-packaged offer by Francisco, as well as a few conversation with the listing agent, Doug and Karry’s offer was accepted.

Luciano and Esmeralda reached out to us a few months ago after seeing one of our videos of us helping another family. Shortly after our initial conversation, they met with Eduardo with South Pacific Financial to talk about their buying power.

Fast-forward many weekends, viewing 40+ homes in about 4 different cities, and making about 10 offers in today's sellers' market with our buyer specialist Mary... Their day came where 2 offers that they wrote were selected and they got to choose which home to proceed with. Fast-forward 30 days, they received the keys to their new home in the exact neighborhood they wanted

Justin and Monique reached out to us a few months ago after reading some of our reviews on Yelp. Shortly after our initial conversation, Justin met with Eduardo Tarin with South Pacific Financial to secure his VA finances.

Fast-forward a few weekends, and about four offers later, their offer was accepted with our buyer specialist Mary Sandoval.

There is an awesome story behind why their offer was accepted and we would love to take the credit for this, but Justin gets all the kudos. The day Justin and Monique were scheduled to see this home with Mary, Justin didn't get a chance to go home and change, and came directly, wearing his uniform. The seller had a family member that served in the military as well, and as they say, the rest is history.

James and Laurie reached out to us a few months ago after finding us on Facebook. Shortly after, they joined us at our Home Buyer Party where they immediately hit it off with our buyer specialist Mary.

Fast forward a month or two, viewing about 20+ home, and writing about 5 offers... Their offer got accepted. We always aim for a 30 day escrow, but sometimes things come up that are outside of our control.

In this case, there were a few issues that Mary was able to power through with the other agent. At the end, keeping focus on the main goal is the most important thing… And with Mary's diligent work, we are able to take this picture in front of James and Laurie's new home.
