Let me share with you Rita’s story, and how we got to this moment of her closing on the sale of her home for $17,000 above the listed price.

After a few small bumps in the road (Nothing that Rita couldn’t handle), Rita decide that she wanted to move to Arizona to be closer to family. Rita’s sister, who recently purchased in AZ, raved about her Realtor and strongly recommend him to Rita. That Arizona Realtor is John Ferrence.

Fast forward a few weeks and John starts his search for a local Whittier Realtor. After a quick interview with our team, John knew we would be a great fit for Rita. After we formalized our relationship to sell her Whittier home by signing a listing agreement, we were off to the races.

Originally, Rita wasn’t too interested in having her home staged because she didn’t want to deal with moving some of her heavy items. However, with a long conversation with us, and another with her Arizona realtor, she had a change of heart.

We staged Rita’s home and listed it for $490,000, and within a week, we were in contract for $507,000 and closed 30 days after. The moving company has already pick up all of Rita’s items and she will be on her way to AZ later this month.

George and Maria reached out to us two months ago, after seeing another one of our lovely clients become first time homeowners. Right after that initial call, George came to one of our first time home buyer workshop to learn more about the home buying process with our team.

Shortly after, they met with Carmen Meraz from Platinum Home Mortgage to see what their purchasing power was. After two weekend of showings (15+ homes) with our superstar buyer's specialist, Mary Almada, the family got their offer accepted on their number one choice.

As we were getting ready to leave, Maria shared a few stories about the girls' first weekend in their new home.

First story, was how much her two girls have been enjoying their own rooms for the first time ever. Each decorated their own way, showing off their own personalities.

The second-story, they shared was about their first experience going out and enjoying the space in the front yard and being able to run around.

Andre and Araceli reached out to us months ago after seeing us online. We were one of three realtors that they met with, but after seeing our marketing plan, they decided to move forward with our team.

After our initial meeting, Remo and Victoria (Our Interior Designer) met with Andre and Araceli at the property to go through a few things that needed to get done before placing the property on the market. Shortly after, Victoria was back to stage the property so our professional photographer (Vidal) could take some killer pictures.

Within a few weeks, Andre and Araceli had 7 offers to choose from, and we were in escrow shortly after. Fast-forward 28 days, we are here today celebrating the sale of their first home.

After finding us on Yelp.com, and watching many of our educational videos, they decided to reach out to us and attend one of our Home Buyer Workshops. After a few weeks and Josh's great effort, Geoffrey and Kristin got their offer accepted on what is now their first home.

Jesus and Silvia reached out to us four months ago and knew exactly what they were looking for. They needed a home that had a large enough lot that can accommodate a second unit for their in-laws. After Josh's great help, Jesus and Silvia were able to find a home in their desired city with a lot of almost 10,000 Sq. Ft. so they can build an additional unit.

The transaction was a little more challenging than usual, but with everyone's focus on the end goal, we are here today giving them keys.

After a month or two of working with two other realtors and never actually going out to view properties, Karla decided a change was needed. After hearing Karla’s story, our goal was to get Karla to view several properties so she can get a better sense of what is available at her price range.

After a couple of showings, Karla made an offer on a condo and she got her offer accepted. However, after meeting with the lender again, Karla realized that the monthly payment was not in her budget.

With only one income stream and paying for her daughter's college tuition, Karla decided to cancel the deal and start the search again because the home was above her budget.

After a month of searching, Josh noticed the same condo still on the market and decided to prepare another offer at a price that would fit Karla's budget. With her offer, we also wrote a letter explaining Karla's situation and why she decided to cancel. After many calls, emails, and conversations, the seller decided to accept our offer for a second time… this time for $8,000 less than her original offer.

Ivan and Carolina reached out to us about two years ago after reading some of our reviews in Yelp. We started the home search right away, but after a month's worth of shopping, they decided to put the search on hold until a few things settled down for them.
