Jose and Andrea reached out to us a few months ago, after seeing one of our homes that was for sale. Shortly after that conversation, they met with Eduardo Tarin with South Pacific Financial to see what their purchasing power was. After a few months of searching, viewing about 25 homes (in Fullerton, Brea, Diamond Bar, Placentia, and La Habra) and writing about 10 offers... The seller of their number one choice accepted their offer with our buyer's specialist, Mary.

If buying a home isn't stressful enough… Andrea decided to spice things up and have a baby a week before closing. ;)
