If you ask Remo how he ended up becoming one of Whittier’s top real estate advisors, he’ll tell you it all started with a simple favor.
Fresh out of college with an IT background and a BA in Real Estate Finance, Remo was helping his uncle with tech support for his brokerage. What began as “just helping out” quickly turned into something more. Within a year, he realized he loved the business, the people, and the impact that real estate had on families.
That moment became the starting point of a 20-year career built on openness, education, strategy, and genuine relationships.
Remo later earned his MBA in Entrepreneurship, blending real estate with tech, marketing, and business systems.
That unique mix helped him develop an online and social media approach so effective that Facebook invited him (twice) to speak to over 1,000 business owners, including members of Congress, about digital marketing.
But at the heart of it all, Remo is a people person.
Clients describe him as personal, patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He has a natural way of explaining complex things clearly (especially construction costs, ADU potential, multi-unit investments, and repair negotiations). He’s the type to walk a property with you, point out what to fix, what matters, and what doesn’t, and translate the numbers with complete transparency.
Outside of real estate, Remo has traveled to more than 35 countries, played competitive basketball most of his adult life, enjoys early mornings and staying active, loves all things tech, and speaks Arabic. These pieces of his life help him connect deeply with people from every background.
Community is also a major part of who Remo is.
He co-hosts the local podcast What’s Up Whittier, highlighting the small businesses, restaurants, and leaders who make Whittier unique. He’s built friendships through the community long before they ever become clients.
And while real estate is his profession, long-term relationships are his purpose.
