The Final Reveal — Complete Before & After Transformation | The Concourse Ep 12 of 12

After 45 days of hard work, the project is finally complete. In Episode 12 of "Rehabbing The Concourse," we walk through the finished property for the final reveal.

This is the one you've been waiting for. What started as a fire-damaged, code-violating property with a homeless encampment in the courtyard is now a completely renovated, move-in ready rental home. The tenants are already moving in during filming — that's how quickly this property was leased after completion.

The living room has baseboards installed, all receptacles complete, and 2-inch mini blinds on every window. The large windows required two separate blind sets because they were too wide for a single unit. The front door is now a bright orange — a welcoming pop of color.

The kitchen is fully finished with white shaker cabinets, crystal white countertops, a stainless steel sink, hood, and all appliances installed. The pantry is already being used by the tenants moving in.

Bedroom 1 has a ceiling fan and everything ready for tenants. Bedroom 2 features that oversized walk-in closet — one of the biggest highlights of this rehab — now with a battery-operated light I added since the closet was dark without one.

Both bathrooms are complete with new tile, toilets, vanities, shower fixtures, and those pull-up-worthy towel racks. Upstairs, the two bedrooms have carpet flooring for noise reduction, double closets, 2-inch blinds, and light fixtures throughout.

Outside, over 800 square feet of fresh sod now covers what used to be bare dirt. The sprinkler system has separate valves per zone, and drip irrigation keeps the new plants watered. The fence is being capped and painted to match the house, and a custom metal railing with front gate is being fabricated.

The neighbors were completely floored when they saw the finished product compared to what this property looked like on Day 1. If you go back and watch Episode 1 and then watch this one, the transformation is incredible.
