In Episode 1, we're starting a brand new 12-episode mini-series called "Rehabbing The Concourse," documenting a full house rehab in Southern California over 45 days. This is Day 1, and I'm taking you through the property for the very first time to see what we're working with.

This 4-bedroom, 2-bath property suffered a fire a couple months ago, and it shows. Every wall is covered in thick black soot — you can literally write on the walls with a key. Firemen dug inspection holes in every room looking for hidden fire. The bathroom looks like something straight out of a horror movie. The courtyard was being used as a homeless encampment, and the property had become a serious nuisance to the county with multiple code violations.
