MARVISTA Selling Home Transformation
Current environment: Family relocated out of state and were looking to sell so they can buy the new home in Oregon.
Our Services: We had someone come to paint the exterior and a few rooms of the interior, remove 6 truck-loads of trash, install a water heater enclosure, install baseboard throughout the home, and we staged the home. They family spent $4,900 on getting the home ready.
Our Results: Two and a half weeks of “Coming Soon” posts, we received 14 offers within 2 weeks. We procured an offer $40K above the list price, but the property had significant property/foundation issues and we had to adjust the price and sold for $10K below the asking price.
