Congratulations to the Serna Family on successfully selling their first home, and then upgrading into a larger home to meet their family's needs!

Tony & Aiko had been considering upgrading their home for the family and decided to reach out to Remo to see what their options would be as the team came highly recommended.

Once they met with Remo, they decided to move forward with the sale of their home so they can use that equity to upgrade. Remo did make recommendations to get their home ready for the market, and the Serna’s jumped right into action. After the recommendations were made, Remo was ready to get their home sold!

During that time, Mary, our Lead Buyers’ Specialist, met with the Serna’s to confirm their needs for that upgrade and were out on the hunt shortly thereafter. After viewing many homes, they were clear of what they wanted and they wasted no time on homes that didn’t fit their needs. Within that same time, we also went live on the market on their current home, and within the first weeks, we received multiple offers that were above the list price. After accepting one of the strongest offers that was $16,000 above the list price, we closed on the sale of their home, and the purchase of their new beautiful home from one day to the next.

Congratulations to 1st Time Home Buyers, David & Brianna!

Brianna and David had known they wanted to purchase a place to call their own for some time and since they follow Team Remo the Realtor on Facebook, they knew who to reach out to when they were ready to learn more.

They set out to learn more by attending a 1st Time Home Buyer Workshop and soon thereafter, they had a game plan to achieve especially since they were outgrowing their smaller place. Once they hit their personal financial goals and after refreshing their minds on the home buying process, they were ready to go shopping for their dream home!

Congratulations to Donald & Holly for purchasing their first home!

Holly and Donald knew they wanted to purchase a place to call their own and decided to search for someone to help them achieve their Real Estate Goals, especially as 1st time home buyers. Congratulations to the Bucmaniuk family on successfully Selling their home to move out of the area.

Last summer, Justin & Lydia set out to search for an Agent to help them achieve their Real Estate Goal of purchasing their 1st home. Congratulations to the Fierros on their Beautiful New Home!

Congratulations to 1st Time Homebuyers Louis, Diana, Nathan, & Ella!

Congratulations to 1st Time Home-buyer & our Team's Preferred Baker, Denise and Family!

Dee & Jose came to us in Spring of 2018 in search of more information about the process of home ownership and joined one of our 1st Time Home-buyer Workshops.

From 2018 into 2019, Denise had put the search on hold, however while she was “taking a break”, she really wasn’t. She came back ready to rock and had done work that ultimately increased her financial power. She had decreased debt and received a promotion, yay Denise!
