Chris & Teresa had been looking at homes and attending Open Houses for some time just to get a feel of what they wanted. After hearing about us through our Team and shared Instagram stories, Teresa knew she wanted to learn more about how to be next! They registered for one of our 1st Time Home Buyer Workshops and both joined us after work to gain some knowledge about the process and were excited to continue the process.

As soon as they got informed, they connected right away with one of our Lender partners to go over Step 1; Pre-approval. Buyers Specialists Marysol was there, ready to continue to get to know their needs and wants right after they got pre-approved. Once approved, the Hernandez Family was out there shopping.

Aside from being on top of everything from asking great questions, to getting any and all items needed, Chris & Teresa were highly targeted and narrowed the city search pretty quickly after a few days of searching for homes. So many of the great characteristics for a successful buyer! Fast forward, in less than a week, and although their daughter Daisy enjoyed the homes searches, it came to a great end with their offer getting accepted on the home they set their eyes on! Congratulations to the Beltran’s For Getting To The Finish Line!

Anthony & Denise had been considering moving to a specific area in Whittier and since they do their research, they came across Remo through social media (Instagram & Yelp), and quickly reached out to get more information on how they can make their goals a reality.

After meeting with Remo and getting the plan to Sell their home, they were ready to make things happen, with the perfect team to get them there!

Pushing forward with Remo recommendations, their home SOLD over asking price! Once their home was off the market, they were ready to start searching for the new place to call home. Thankfully the Beltran’s were specific on two areas of Whittier that they wanted to live, which is a definite characteristic to have when searching for homes! Our Buyer Specialist, the amazing Mary, went above and beyond by door knocking those areas to see if anyone was ready to sell to the next deserving family.

Not only did Mary get out to find their new place, but after seeing about 15 homes and nothing was sparking flames. She kept on searching and came across a Tour of new homes coming on the market. By that same weekend, she had taken the Beltran’s to see it, and boom, love at first sight. Great job Mary! There was some time in between getting responses, hopes up and down, looking at other homes just in case, but after walking out of the last home they didn’t feel a spark with, Mary got the happy news of their offer being accepted on the home they loved!

Congratulations to Diego & Natalie for Selling their Condo and Purchasing a Home with Our Team!

Natalie & Diego had already been considering Selling and moving to a different neighborhood, so when Natalie came across Remo's Instagram after seeing his wife Eva on it. After a little research, she wanted to take the next steps and have a conversation.

Natalie reached out to Remo, and soon thereafter set-up an appointment to chat through the family's goals and their plan to sell their condo so they can purchase a home.

Full force ahead (That's for you Diego), their Condo was listed, and within the first 10 days of being on the market, we had multiple offers above the list price.

As we started to receive those offers, it was now a perfect time to then start searching for the home to continue the next chapter. Paired with our Buyers' Specialist Francisco, they were able to identify their beautiful upgrade in no time and with a pool! After their offer was accepted, they were beyond excited for the future and couldn’t be happier that the day has come to them getting their keys.

Even though we hit a few bumps on the way, Diego and Natalie and Ice Water in the veins are were as coooooool, as the other side of the pillow.

Congratulations to the Newest Homeowners, William, Carol, and Family!

Raving Fans & Teachers stick together! Carol was referred to our team by one of her Teacher coworkers, whom purchased earlier this year Jessica and Andre! Jessica had done her research and found us on Yelp, and when both Jessica and Carol were taking a class together, they got to talking about real estate. Carol joined one of our Workshops shortly thereafter to get to know more, and was ready to go!

After searching through Yelp for information, Jessica came across RemoTheRealtor and we are glad she did! She called right before one of our 1st Time Home Buyer workshops for Teachers so when we invited her to come learn more, she was completely on board!

They were referred to us by one of our lender partners Mark Rivas who helped our past clients James and Laurie. Chris came to us after doing some research on Yelp.com. He came over already approved with a local lender and was ready to hit the floor running. So when he partnered with our Buyers’ Specialist, Marysol at the end of October 2018, it was full speed ahead on finding THE Home for him.

After viewing 10 homes, there was one that he absolutely loved. With competing over other offers, Marysol was able to successfully get his offer accepted! Not only was Chris' offer accepted, but he also closed on Christmas Eve, and he received the keys that afternoon. Not a bad Christmas present, right?

TJ and Heather reached out to us back in 2016 when they attended one of our Home Buyer Workshops. Right after the workshop, they got approved with a lender and were off to the races. After searching for a few weeks, we all decided to put their search on hold since there weren't too many options in the area they were most interested in.

Fast forward 2 years and monthly check-ins by our awesome Buyer’s Specialist, Mary, TJ and Heather were ready once again. They went out a few weekends, and one of those times, Mary had taken both the buyers and the buyers' parents to view the homes. During that time, they were able to have a good conversation with the listing agent to start building some rapport. They later decided to put together an offer on that home and another one that they have seen.

Their offer had soon got accepted on the home they really liked, and fast forward another 30 days, they were getting the keys to their new home just a week before Christmas. Before moving in, they were interested in getting a few things done. We were able to line them up with our contractor Oscar, who was able to get the floors refinished and the popcorn ceilings removed and painted. With all the work being done within the week, they were able to move in just a few days before Christmas Eve with their two fur babies (two cats)!
