Ivan and Carolina reached out to us about two years ago after reading some of our reviews in Yelp. We started the home search right away, but after a month's worth of shopping, they decided to put the search on hold until a few things settled down for them.

Fast forward to June of this year, Ivan and Carolina reached out to us again since they were in a better situation to make home ownership possible. With Josh's help and tenacity, they were able to get their offer accepted on top option and into their new home within 2 months of starting their search.
