Congratulations to our newest Raving Fans, the Rivera Family on getting keys to their new place to call home and officially unlocking pool season!
A couple of the Rivera sisters came to Team Remo to see what their options were as they needed to decide if they were going to look for a place to rent or buy. 1st step in making that decision is reviewing numbers, so they were connected with Lender partner Carmen Meraz and had a 1-on-1 Buyer consultation with Buyer specialist, Monica, to get the breakdown of what their true options were and what the home buying process entails. They decided on the route of coming together as siblings and buying together. They knew buying was within reach by joining forces and supporting each other. They set their goal and were ready to get the home buying journey a go!
Fast forward to exploring all the options possible, they identified their big wants & needs to Monica and hit the ground running to find “the one”. They came across many properties and although they didn’t put all of their eggs in one basket, there was one home that felt just right for them. They put their best foot forward with the guidance of Team Remo, & said Yes to an address, officially opening up pool season for the Rivera Family, way to go!!!
