Congratulations to the Newest Home Owner, Alfredo!

Alfredo set out to do some research on the Do's/Don'ts of buying a home and came across RemoTheRealtor on Yelp earlier this year. As soon as he spoke with Remo, he knew he would be guided to achieve his goals.


After that initial quick call with Remo, he was ready for the 3 best steps for anyone ready to start. He was connected with a Lender partner to get a pre-approval and go over numbers, connected with one of our Buyer Specialists, and was connected to join a Virtual Home Buyer Workshop. Within days, Alfredo was pre-approved, gained knowledge of the process, and was ready to go shopping for a place to call his own.

With the current competitive market, Alfredo was ready to be aggressive so he was ok making some guided adjustments to be a true competitor when submitting offers. It wasn't a surprise when one of the houses Alfredo had his eye on for weeks popped up on coming soon status. Still keeping his options opened by seeing other homes, Francisco was able to get Alfredo the opportunity to see that one home and guess what...Alfredo got the home he originally wanted from the start, opened escrow with competitive terms, and is a happy camper ready to move in!
