Alfredo's Back! Now for Units!

Congratulations to our returning Raving Fan, Alfredo on getting keys to his first set of units! A full month as a Landlord!


As a Raving Fan, Alfredo kept in touch with the Team throughout the years and 4 years later, he was ready to invest in his next purchase! He reached out again to get the game plan going, and this time for units!

Reconnected with lender partner Carmen to confirm numbers, Alfredo was ready to see what was out there with Buyer Specialist, Francisco.


Nothing popped up at the beginning, but remaining committed to the goal, Alfredo already knew it would happen with the perfect team by his side. Fast forward to keeping an eye on the inventory, it was sure magic when the right vacant units came up in the prime location he wanted.
