And this one was extra special for me personally.
Freissy and I go way back — over 25 years of friendship since high school 😉 — which made being part of such an important chapter for their family even more meaningful.
A Journey That Actually Started Years Ago
Funny enough, this move didn’t start recently.
About 4–5 years ago, Freissy reached out while remodeling their home to chat through ideas, strategy, and improvements they were considering. Over time, they invested significantly into the property, ultimately adding approximately 1,000 square feet to create more space and functionality for their family.
But as life evolves, priorities shift.
With their family growing (and a baby due in July 👶), it became clear that while the home had served them well, the next chapter required something different — more space, a better fit for their lifestyle, and ultimately a move into the dream location they had envisioned for their future.
