Team RemoTheRealtor hosted an outstanding Open House for our listing in Friendly Hills, Whittier CA. Hosting our Mega Open House with Prime Lending gave us the opportunity to raffle off a mini ipad. Prime Lending door knocked nearly 100 homes in the area and Team RemoTheRealtor set out 100+ Open House Signs! This in combination with our social media opportunity gave us a 130 person turn out.
The end result was multiple offers within the first week of being on the market, and we closed last week above the listed price.
