Hallows Eve is upon us and our Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest has begun! Every year we reach out to our past clients and gift them pumpkins at their front door. For the past 6 years now Concert’s in The Park in Whittier has given us the opportunity to give our past and future clients the gift of music. We will be able to sit down, kick back and relax while rocking out to music composed by local artists!

Team RemoTheRealtor hosted an outstanding Open House for our listing in Friendly Hills, Whittier CA. Hosting our Mega Open House with Prime Lending gave us the opportunity to raffle off a mini ipad. Prime Lending door knocked nearly 100 homes in the area and Team RemoTheRealtor set out 100+ Open House Signs! This in combination with our social media opportunity gave us a 130 person turn out.
The end result was multiple offers within the first week of being on the market, and we closed last week above the listed price.
