Fernando & Elizabeth had set their minds on achieving homeownership and were committed to the end goal as they were engaged and ready to find a place to call their own. Congratulations to the Serna Family on successfully selling their first home, and then upgrading into a larger home to meet their family's needs!

Tony & Aiko had been considering upgrading their home for the family and decided to reach out to Remo to see what their options would be as the team came highly recommended.

Once they met with Remo, they decided to move forward with the sale of their home so they can use that equity to upgrade. Remo did make recommendations to get their home ready for the market, and the Serna’s jumped right into action. After the recommendations were made, Remo was ready to get their home sold!

During that time, Mary, our Lead Buyers’ Specialist, met with the Serna’s to confirm their needs for that upgrade and were out on the hunt shortly thereafter. After viewing many homes, they were clear of what they wanted and they wasted no time on homes that didn’t fit their needs. After accepting one of the strongest offers that was $16,000 above the list price, we closed on the sale of their home, and the purchase of their new beautiful home from one day to the next.
