Nathan and Carmen reach out to us in early December after reading our reviews on Yelp. After our initial meeting, the family decided we were the team to sell their home and sign the listing agreement that evening.

Nathan and Carmen decided to move out during the selling process and allowed our team to stage their property. We listed the property a few days before Christmas, and ended with a total of 10 offers (Eight of which were above asking), in the first week of us marketing the home. Ed and Celina found us on Yelp two months ago after reading some of our reviews. Before reaching out to us, they started their home search online to get a better idea what homes cost in the areas they were interested in.

Congratulations to William, Barbara, & Family for becoming homeowners late last week. Last week was definitely a stressful one for the family, but with a great team (Sandra, Claudia, Matt, and Yasmin) and everyone focused on the same goal, we are now here!! :)

The family started their home search over a year ago and was in escrow for more than 6 months (Video in a couple days will explain) prior to them getting their offer accepted on the home they actual got. After a 30 day escrow, a few days off to make things happen, Boom… We are here in the living room shooting some pictures and a video right after Argentina’s 2-1 win.
