After a couple of months of searching with a few other Realtors and having no luck, Kevin and Erin give us a call. Within two weeks of meeting our team and viewing about 12 homes, we were able to identify the "one".

Congratulations to William, Barbara, & Family for becoming homeowners late last week. Last week was definitely a stressful one for the family, but with a great team (Sandra, Claudia, Matt, and Yasmin) and everyone focused on the same goal, we are now here!! :)

The family started their home search over a year ago and was in escrow for more than 6 months (Video in a couple days will explain) prior to them getting their offer accepted on the home they actual got. After a 30 day escrow, a few days off to make things happen, Boom… We are here in the living room shooting some pictures and a video right after Argentina’s 2-1 win.

Congrats to Andrew and his family for getting the keys to his 1st home.... 4 months ago! It took a little longer than we normal go to shoot the family's video, but Andrew wanted to make sure he got a few pieces of furniture before we shot the video. :)

From purchase contract, to closing, we were able to close in only 23 Days!!! If only all our transactions can be this smooth…. Nah, then it wouldn't be as fun and exciting.

After seeing some of our success stories on Facebook, Yvette decided to reach out to us to see how she can Star in our next video.

Yvette started her search many months ago, but after not getting a few of her offers accepted, she decided to put the search on hold. After a month or two on hold, we reached out to Yvette to tell her about a new opportunity that had fallen in our lap… And 30 days later…. We are taking a picture and video outside her front door in almost a 100 degree weather.
