Francisco & Antoinette’s journey to homeownership began earlier this summer when we first connected & talked through their goals of becoming first-generation, first-time homeowners. As a couple looking to start a family together, they were intentional about finding a home that truly fit their lifestyle & their future.
From the beginning, Antoinette shared her love for baking cakes and desserts. It’s something she’s genuinely passionate about so finding a home with a large kitchen where she could enjoy what she loves became a priority. Between long workdays at the ports, spending time with their small dog, & enjoying walks at the park, they were clear about the kind of home & neighborhood they were hoping for.
Their journey wasn’t without challenges. While under contract on a home, unexpected issues came up & they had to continue their search. Rather than getting discouraged, Francisco & Antoinette stayed focused, motivated, & committed to finding the right home.
