Cesar came to us back in 2018 after following us on social media and deciding to join an in-person workshop. After gaining clarity about the process and connecting him with a lender to create a game plan, he had the vision ahead of him. With that clear goal of owning a home, Cesar was determined and set out to do the work, with Team Remo checking in throughout the years.

Cesar "came back" in the summer of 2021 to revisit the game plan and set out to do a little more work. Come 2022, he was on another level! Relentless and determined are a couple characteristics that stand out with Cesar. From working on credit to increasing income, and so much more, he came back stronger than ever before, ready for the home hunt again!

Partnered with buyer specialist Francisco, they were well on their way shopping for a place to call home.

Fast forward after seeing many homes, they fell in love with the possibilities of New Construction! Committed to putting their best foot forward, bam! The builders offered to cover closing costs and offer Accepted! Way to go Team!

Congratulations to the Newest Home Owners, the Almonte Family!

Aimme & Christian knew they wanted to purchase a place to call their own, but weren't sure what that would look like for them. They decided to join one of Team RemoTheRealtor's Virtual Workshops in 2020 and after gaining much knowledge about what was needed to buy a home, they knew who they wanted to work with to help guide them in buying their 1st home.

Partnered with amazing Buyer Specialist Mary Almada, they were connected with a lender partner to go over numbers to see where they stood. First step in the home buying process (aside from calling Team Remo) is to meet with a Lender to get a pre-approval.
They thought that they would leave with a game plan to get pre-approved, but once they met with a Lender to review the numbers, they were in fact ready to start shopping! They decided to keep going so Mary set out on the home hunt with them. After some house hunting, they came across a great opportunity for New construction and they jumped on it. Fast forward a few months (new construction can take some time), we have very happy 1st time home owners on a beautiful new construction home! Congrats!
