Conrad and Liza reached out to us a few months ago, after seeing another one of our lovely clients become homeowners. Liza reached out to us and shortly after came out to one of our first time home buyer workshop.

Shortly after, they met with Luz with New World Mortgage to see what their purchasing power was. After a few months of searching and viewing about 20 homes, their third offer was accepted with our buyer's specialist, Francisco.
